Something to think about:
Our body is a very powerful machine. We can get it to do almost anything we want. Lets help our body by giving it the best fuel we can. The next time you pick up that doughnut, muffin, pizza, cheese burger… Think about what you are actually doing to yourself. I'm not saying don't have it at all. I am saying be mindful of what it would do to you and your goals and make a conscious decision about it.
If you there is an option to take an elevator or stairs, choose the stairs. The more you do for yourself now the more you will be able to do in your later years in life. The average life expectancy in Canada is 81, so make sure you can enjoy all of them. If you are fit I bet you can blow that 81 out of the water and make it to an easy 100 enjoyable years.
